We cannot do what we do without the help of our faithful volunteers. 

It takes all of us, working together, to create welcoming, safe and fun environments on Sundays and throughout the week.

CURRENT NEEDED POSITIONS:

PRODUCTION (All training provided)

• LYRICS: (Sundays 1:30pm-end of service) Providing lyric support for the worship team during rehearsal and presenting lyrics during the service. The commitment to serve is at a minimum once each month across any Hospitality and/or Production positions should you choose to serve in multiple serve areas. Sometimes lyrics volunteers are scheduled for Hosting the Presence.

  No training required.

CAPKIDS & CAPSTUDENTS

• VOLUNTEER: (Sundays 3-6PM; Nursery: Sundays 3:30-6pm) Volunteers meet before service and help set up the kids' space. Their primary role is to engage, assist and play with the kids each week. The commitment is to serve at a minimum once a month.

  Background check and training required.

HOSPITALITY

• MEMBER: (Sundays 3:00pm-20 minutes after service ends) You’re the first person guests encounter when they arrive. You help our members get connected and facilitate service! You help the Director of Operations prepare for our congregants and assist in tear-down. The commitment to serve is at a minimum once each month across any Hospitality and/or Production positions should you choose to serve in multiple serve areas.

  No training required.

PRAYER

• MEMBER: (Sundays - 20 minutes after service ends and Hosting The Presence gatherings) You will be praying for the congregants at the end of service. You could also be called upon for specific Sundays when extra members are needed for significant ministry times or for special GCC events. The commitment is to serve on Sundays once every 4-6 weeks and 5 Hosting The Presences a year.

WORSHIP

• MEMBER: (Sundays 1:30 pm - end of service) You will share your musical talents alongside fellow members of the team during worship time on Sundays. (Note: GCC will advertise any upcoming auditions so if you’re interested, sit tight and consider volunteering on some of our other amazing teams!)
